Refunds/Exchanges
There are NO refunds once a purchase is made.
You CANNOT substitute any other design that you purchased for another design.
If your design is still not to your liking after multiple revisions there are NO REFUNDS on your design or revisions paid for. You may pay for additional revisions but if the design is still not to your liking after paying for additional revisions there are still NO REFUNDS. All orders are delivered digitally via email unless you purchase printing.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once a package has been shipped with USPS I do not have control over the arrival of your package. For more help finding your package please contact USPS customer support line. 1-800-275-8777
TIME FRAME/TURN-AROUND TIME
All designs will take between 2-6 weeks for completion depending on the project UNLESS a rush fee is paid. Completion dates are subject to change if there is an increase in orders or unexpected technical difficulties.
Completion dates are calculated in BUSINESS DAYS. Business days are M-F.
Logo Design Turnaround 2-3 weeks
Website Design Turnaround 2-4 weeks
All package deals Turnaround 2-6 weeks
LOGO DEVELOPMENT:
The drafting process will consist of 3-4 logo styles to choose from. You are allowed up to 2 FREE changes to the logo draft you like best! Please note changes cannot be made to more than 1 logo draft, you must choose one you like best. For additional changes or logo styles you must purchase additional Drafts ($15.00/3 additional Drafts or changes)

DESIGN FINALIZING
After a design is finalized you CANNOT make additional changes to the design. To make additional changes to a finalized design you must pay for a new design.
FORCED FINALIZED DESIGNS:
*Please note* You will have a full 48 hours to respond to your drafts before it is forced finalized and sent over to you! This helps ensure faster speed with getting orders complete! Look forward to hearing from you soon!
A project is considered abandoned after 1 week of no response at all and will be closed and will require a reopening fee of $100.
Please note abandoned projects for 2 weeks or more require a reopening fee of $150.00
If the project you purchased was at a different price point before the project was abandoned you MUST pay the difference of what the project now costs.
NO RESPONSE
No response on a design draft within 48 HOURS will result in a forced finalize. Which means that your design will be finalized without your final approval. If you respond after the 48 HOURS and would like changes to your design that has been forced finalized you must pay $15.00 for every 3 revisions.
RUSH FEES:
If you need your designs sooner than the 2-4 week wait time a rush fee can be added to your order! If you purchase a 24 hour rush fee it is mandatory that ALL necessary information needed to complete your project is received within 2 hours of purchase OR given during the checkout process. Failure to give all information within the necessary time frame can result in a prolonged designed process. All rush fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
WHAT IS PROHIBITED?
Ash Graphixx DOES NOT service gang related designs, provocative designs that display nudity, or any other designs remotely close to it. If you have placed an order and your design fits into this category you will be issued a FULL REFUND.
SUBMITTING YOUR DESIGNS
WHEN SUBMITTING AN ORDER PLEASE ADD ALL DETAILS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE ON YOUR DESIGN IN THE SUBMISSION BOX. AFTER YOUR REQUEST ARE SUBMITTED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADD, SUBTRACT, SWITCH, OR CHANGE ANYTHING REGARDING THE DETAILS ON YOUR DESIGN.
FREESTYLE DESIGNS
When purchasing a freestyle design please know that your vision may not be the same as mine. Freestyle means that you have little to no input on how the design is created. If you feel that you have an idea of what you want your design to look like PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A FREESTLYE DESIGN. If you do not like the freestyle design that is created you may purchase revisions. There are NO refunds.
MY RIGHTS AS THE DESIGNER
As the designer I have the right to post anything that I create on my website and or social media accounts.
As the designer I have the right to refuse services to unwanted customers.
As the designer I have the right to change prices on my designs.
As the designer, I have the authority to change the policy as needed.
